For other people, it stems from lack of self-confidence, and you may find yourself worrying about how you are perceived or you may be showing signs of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) behaviour.
While anxiety can make you feel very isolated, it is actually the third most common mental healthcare problem in the world – so rest assured that you have nothing to feel embarrassed about.
